Mark Woodrow
President
With a sincere heart of service as demonstrated by my Savior Jesus Christ, I’ve committed to serving communities I live in and now volunteer on the board for Alma Community Care.
I enjoy establishing and nurturing relationships where my service brings joy to those I serve. Communities that I belonged to and served include Harbor City Church as a Life Group leader and worship team member, volunteer with Hope for San Diego, Restoration 225, Habitat for Humanity, Niles Mobile Home Community, and Board Secretary for Village Walk Condominium community.
Martha Renteria
Treasurer
Professionally, Martha Renteria has worked in finance as a staff Assistant, property management and medical billing.
Married 35 years, Martha has 6 adult children and 14 grandchildren. Martha’s single mom experience, combined with the challenges of navigating through the dynamics of blended families, particularly in the bi-cultural Mexican-American context, give Martha special insight and compassion for the families Alma Community Care serves with much needed parenting education.
Todd Lesher
Secretary
After retiring from a career of building successful software companies, I have focused on enjoying new adventures with Teresa, my wife of 35 years, and leveraging my experiences and skills to serve as advisor or board member for organizations that are creating value by addressing an important problem with a compelling, scalable approach. The organizations include some software companies as well as serving as an elder at Harbor Church San Diego.

I am very excited to serve on the board of Alma Community Care. Effective solutions that improve the mental health of mothers and/or primary caregivers are much needed. I continue to be encouraged by the progress and the tangible, positive impact that Alma is having on mothers and families, and the opportunities it has to scale its impact across the communities that it serves.
Carrie Anne Sandoval came to Alma Community Care in 2017 with 12 years of combined experience as a mechanical engineer and project manager. She is passionate about serving the families of Greater Logan Heights in their fight for mental health and finding ways to work with others to do so. She is the mother of Magnolia Mae, wife to Pastor Chris Sandoval, and resident of the neighborhood she loves and serves each day.
