Anxiety disorders are a group of mental illnesses that cause constant and overwhelming fear, that come in many types:

Generalized Anxiety

Panic Disorder

Phobia-related (e.g., social anxiety, agoraphobia, separation anxiety, selective mutism)
This seminar conducts two group activities by helping attendees understand anxiety and recognizing positive well-being, unique outcomes.
